The SanSan Festival returns from October 29 to 31 to Benicàssim (Castellón) with a format very similar to that of the great festivals prior to the pandemic and will become the first massive event of these characteristics in Spain and in the Valencian Community, a pioneer in approving a protocol sanitary for the celebration of events and music festivals in the open air.
After studying the new current guidelines announced last Friday by the Ministry of Health, the management has announced that, in order to access the site, COVID Certificate will be required Digital of the European Union with the complete vaccination schedule, a negative antigen test carried out 24 hours before access to the site or a negative PCR test carried out in the previous 48 hours.

The festival is expected to reach the 20,000 attendees, which represents 40 percent of the venue -although the regulations authorize 100% of the capacity- and the 2.25 square meters of surface per relevant person will be respected.
“We have left behind months of much uncertainty and collective effort but the wait will be worth it to enjoy the first great festival of the season,” said Roberto Recuero, director of SanSan. “We have more desire for SanSan than ever, to reconnect with the public and the artists in the best possible conditions,” he added.
In this regard, he pointed out that the protocol has been approved due to the positive evolution of the pandemic and with the aim that this type of outdoor events can take place “With the maximum health and safety guarantees”.
The line-up for the next edition of SanSan is one of the most “ambitious and complete” of the new festival season. The Friday 29 Vetusta Morla, Amaral, Xoel López, Varry Brava, Brian Cross, Arco, Mujeres, Chucho o Cariño, Karavana, Viajes Berliner, Cora Yako, Bad Ideas, Ninhodelosrecaos, Jaime del Valle and Ruben Thrax will perform in October.
The Saturday 30 it will be the turn of Love of Lesbian, Dorian, Carlos Sadness, DJ Nano, Fonsi Nieto, Delaporte, La La Love you, Cala Vento, Emlan, Ginebras, Tu Otra Bonita, Maren, Tú No Existes, Rocío Saiz, Rocket DJ, Adrián Fyrla, Javi Reina, DJ Sickboy.
Leiva, La MODA, Sen Senra, Elyella, Rayden, Derby Motoreta’s Burrito Kachimba, Travis Birds, Axolotes Mexicanos, Arde Bogotá, Repion, Alexander Som, The Niftys, Ley DJ, Cori Matius, Monka, Plan B and Jfran DJ will close the day of the Sunday 31st.
