A survey shows: More than half of Germans are in favor of a general vaccination requirement

More than half of Germans (53 percent) are in favor of a general compulsory vaccination against the coronavirus.

Berlin – This is the result of a Forsa survey published on Tuesday on behalf of the “RTL / ntv trend barometer”. 46 percent of those surveyed are therefore against it. In August, only 33 percent of those questioned were in favor of compulsory vaccination. Compulsory vaccination in the health and care sector is even more popular than compulsory vaccination in general: 73 percent of those surveyed are in favor of compulsory corona vaccination for nursing professions, daycare staff and teachers, only 24 percent are against.
