The León Vive la Magia International Festival will celebrate its 17th edition from December 25 to January 1, with a program that is divided into seven blocks of activities, compared to the nine held in previous editions.

Thus, the programming will be divided into seven thematic blocks, compared to nine in previous editions. The first of them, which Mayoral referred to as “the heart of the festival” will be the International Magic Gala, which will be held at the Ciudad de León Auditorium with Mag Lari as master of ceremonies and will feature the participation of the Swedish magician Alex Adler , «With two different registers in his show», the Belgian Sebastien Dethise, «who cultivates a show with humor2, the German Topaze« with magic, illusionism and music », the Brazilian Roy Neves,« who will develop two large-scale pictorial works in a few minutes ”and the French“ proximity magician ”Jean Frize.
The second organizational block is made up of the One-Person Gala that will also be held at the Ciudad de León Auditorium on December 26, starring the half-Argentine, half-Spanish magician Iñaki Zabaleta.
Route of Magic
As for the Route of Magic, it will be installed at the San Francisco Theater with the family show of Javi Cruz and Anahí from Malaga and at Espacio Vías with the magic show for babies by Luigi Ludus.
For their part, the Spaces with Magic, which have already seen the magical dinner that was held every year at the Hotel Conde Luna canceled, “will be held if possible” at the Bodega Regia, Ezequiel, Ekole bar and Traga.

The last two blocks of the XVII León Vive la Magia International Festival will travel through the province of León as well as to other cities in Castilla y León. As for the case of León, Juan Mayoral assured that there will be a presence in more than 50 towns, to which the deputy for Culture of the León Provincial Council, Pablo López Presa, advanced that the Leonés Institute of Culture will soon open a call to all the Neighborhood Councils so that “more than 1,200 smaller local entities can have a more universal and transparent access to the Festival.”
Finally, regarding the presence of the International Magic Festival in the rest of Castilla y León, Mayoral exhibited will be in Palencia, Salamanca, Burgos and Segovia.
